Jan ghosted the proposal and sample chapter which led to Dr. Connealy landing a very nice advance and deal with one of the top commercial publishers.
Jan was a development editor on the book, helping the first-time author go from working draft through to finished book which he self-published. Jan also helped land the author several author events through a vitamin shop as well as creating a media kit and sending out copies for review.
In addition to developmental editing on the final manuscript, Jan agented the book for this first-time author to Allworth Press, an imprint of Skyhorse Publishing.
Through the network of co-agents, Hannacroix Creek Books, Inc. secured the sale of a Chinese translation of this backlist title by James Mapes, a talented motivational speaker and author.
Foreign sales for several books by Steve Chandler on behalf of his publisher, Maurice Bassett, to a French publisher for translation.
